Russert is turning the discussion on universal health care into a referendum on HillaryCare. Then he points out to Edwards that when he ran for president in 2004, he didn't support universal health care, saying it would be too expensive. That's is a hard hit against Edwards, and nobody's made it so clearly before. "You've radically changed your position," Russert says.
