Nothing that happened on Top Chef last night was dramatic enough to really be worth spoiling, but in general, I would like it to be stated that this blog's official position is that they should have more challenges where the chefs cook interesting, creative, impressive things and fewer challenges in which they are handicapped by, say, a $10 budget and an eight-year-old sous chef.
