Of the Democrats who didn't vote for the auto bailout, four were absent (Kerry, Biden, Wyden, Kennedy), Reid voted against in order to fulfill a procedural rule that allows him to bring it back for further consideration, and three simply opposed the legislation: Blanche Lincoln, Max Baucus, and Jon Tester. Two of those three are from Montana. Why is Montana so opposed?
