I wish I could be surprised that Grover Norquist has equated a 10% difference in marginal corporate taxation rates with torture. But this is, after all, the same guy who compared the estate tax to the Holocaust. The only thing that's slightly surprising is that Norquist seems to find taxing earned income less morally objectionable than taxing inherited wealth (assuming, of course, that the Holocaust is worse than torture). It's almost as though his interest in plutocracy extends beyond any coherent ideological framework.
