This week's Health Wonk Review is up, and it's an extra-special Halloween edition. So head thataway for some themed wonkery. Also, can I take this opportunity to express my deep and abiding hatred for whatever program it is that opens preview windows whenever your cursor rolls over a link? I'd like to put a multigenerational curse upon the programmer's family and move them into a house built atop an ancient Native American burial ground.
