The current Democratic majority, she said, has one of the youngest staffs ever -- very heavily under-25. And those folks are more progressive than the last generation, having matured in the post-Iraq, rather than post-Bosnia/Rwanda, etc. It may not be obvious quite yet, but these folks will exert a greater and greater influence as the years go by. --Ezra Klein
