This is why I'm not a huge fan of generational labeling. It's possible, just possible, that in a cohort comprising tens of millions of people from a host of different socioeconomic, regional, educational, and racial backgrounds, there could be both driven overachievers and slovenly slackers milling about. And others besides! Hell, I think I have both types in me, and am given to both workaholism and responsibility shirking through long arguments about arcane elements of early-90s cartoons.
