- Meanwhile, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker seems to be the hot 2016 will he/won't he du jour, thanks to the buzz he's getting for his new book (another frequent opening act for presidential bids).
- He's already started raking in the crucial and game-changing 2016 listicles.
- Walker isn't pooh-poohing the press. Instead, he said that the next Republican presidential candidate should be a governor, a category which conveniently includes himself.
- Iowa Governor Terry Branstad agrees.
- Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal thinks that all this 2016 chatter is stupid. But, while you're on the subject, he would like to point out how awesome he and all his governor friends are doing at their job.
- There's still time for all these governors to make their case-especially since outside groups don't seem to have chosen their horses for 2014, or 2016, quite yet.
