Andrew S. Tulumello, an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, served in the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICTY from 1998-99. He currently serves as counsel to a commissioner appointed by Defense Secretary William Cohen to investigate allegations that American soldiers committed war crimes at No Gun Ri during the Korean War.
