Chip Berlet co-authored the book, Right-Wing Populism in America: Too Close for Comfort (The Guilford Press), and co-wrote the entry on "Neo-Nazism" for the second edition of the Encyclopaedia Judaica. A board member of the Defending Dissent Foundation, his recent chapter "Repression, Civil Liberties, Right-Wingers, and Liberals: Resisting Counterinsurgency and Subversion Panics" was published in Life During Wartime: Resisting Counterinsurgency, from AK Press.
